• Cost of any treatment or consultation needs to be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Any cancellations or no-shows within the last 48hrs before the appointment time will result in a 100% cancellation charge i.e. no refund will be issued for any cancellation requests received within the last 48hrs before the appointment.  
• Medications or products bought from Fina need to be paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.
• Accepted forms of Payment - Cash or Card (except American Express), UPI.
